Source: rpt.vw_delinquency_summary, current state as of each lender's own most recently loaded file (shown per row) — not a single portfolio-wide as-of date. Record counts marked customer come from an aging report with no per-contract number (Balboa's non-private-label format) and are never combined with contract counts elsewhere in this report. Click a lender to expand its contracts (or customers) in place, then a contract/customer to see every raw snapshot loaded for it.
